Reservation Guarantee

In order to guarantee your booking, you will be charged one night deposit

Cancellation

To avoid any penalties you have to cancel more than 48 hours prior to your arrival (before 1PM check in time).

If cancelled up to 48-hours before check in time on the day of arrival, 5% of the total price of the reservation will be charged (minimum £7). If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of No-Show 100% of booking will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
